Suspension Rails: formed angles; vertical flanges are fully heli-arc welded to chassis Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish

Housing: Top: one piece with back and both sides flanged down; front is flanged down and formed to create a recessed horizontal door jamb

Back and Sides: one piece wrapper; back and sides are formed with 90 degree bends; the front flanges of the sides are formed to create a vertical recessed door jamb; wrapper is inserted into the Top with back, sides, and front flanges spot-welded to Top's flanges

Bottom: one piece with front, back, and both sides flanged down; Bottom is inserted into the wrapper with back, sides, and front flanges spot-welded to wrapper to create an edge-free cabinet interior

Vertical Partition: one piece with front, back, top, and bottom flanged; inserted into Housing and spot welded to Housing's top, back, and bottom

Removable Shelf: one piece; front, back, and both sides are hemmed and flanged;

Doors: Outer Panel: one piece formed with top, bottom, and both sides flanged

Inner Panel: one piece formed with top, bottom, and both sides flanged; inserted into outer panel; corners are fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish; intermediate heli-arc welds along top, bottom, and both sides; welds are polished to a uniform finish

Hinges: continuous; heli-arc welded to Door's edge and Housing's door jamb; welds are polished to a uniform finish

Pull and Latch: fastened to Door with machine screws

General: Cabinet is inserted into Suspension Rails and heli-arc welded; welds are polished to a uniform finish

Slide-out Shelves:
Suspension Rails: formed angles fitted with polyethylene slides and heli-arc welded to chassis Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish

Retaining Rail: one piece, 3-sided, with formed support ends; intermediate supports are fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Rail; Rail is heli-arc circumference-welded to top of Slide-out Shelf and Legs; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish

Shelf: one piece with front, back, and both ends flanged down and formed into channels; front and back channels are fitted with polyethylene slides; 2 end corners are fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish

Legs: bends are mandrill-bent for wrinkle-free bends; ends are capped and heli-arc circumference-welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish

Casters: threaded-stem mounted through holes in Frame Member and secured with lock nut
