Stainless Steel Angular Rack for Metabolism Suspended Rodent Cages is fabricated with die-formed angle uprights and solid shelves. The angle uprights’ lower ends have caster couplers. The front and back edges of the shelves are formed up into channels, and the ends are formed-down. Each cage is held securely in place by full-length cage runners that are spot welded to the undersides of the shelves with their ends welded to the shelves’ edges. The shelves are welded to the rack uprights.

The uprights have a glass beaded satin finish, removing any discoloration.

The rack is equipped with chrome plated swivel casters with 5" polyolefin wheels, two with wheel brakes. Swivel and axle bearings have seals and zerk grease fittings.
