Construction:
Table with Cross Brace, Full-width Shelf, and Recessed Shelf:
Top: one piece with front, back, and both ends hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down; corners are fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish
Sub-top: one piece
Braces: spot welded to Sub-top's underside
Sub-top is laminated to Top's underside
Frame:
Rails: formed angles with mitered ends
Cross Members: formed angles with mitered ends
Rails and Cross Members' mitered ends are butted together creating a Frame; Frame's corners are fully heli-arc welded
Frame is inserted into Top and intermediately welded to Top's hemmed edges
Legs: are fully heli-arc welded to the Top and Top's Frame in each corner (welds are concealed)
Cross Members: ends are coped for uniform fitting joints and fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Legs; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Cross Braces: ends are coped for uniform fitting joints and fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Cross Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Full-width Shelf: one piece with front, back, and both ends hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame; corners are notched to fit the leg contour; unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame's vertical flanges are fully heli-arc welded to the Legs (welds are concealed)
Recessed Shelf: one piece with front, back, and both ends hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame; unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame is fully heli-arc welded to the Cross Members; welds are polished to a uniform finish
Floor Levelers: adjustable; cone-shaped; stem-mounted; inserted into Leg's lower ends
Overshelf:
Surface: one piece with front, back, and both ends hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized top and double-thick angle frame; corners are fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish
Supports: one piece with both sides flanged; Supports' top edges are fastened through Surface with machine screws and lock nuts; Supports' bottom edges are fastened through table's Top with machine screws and lock nuts
Drawer Unit:
End and Partition Panels: bottom edge is hemmed; top and bottom edges are flanged in; front, back and sides are formed with 90 degree bends; the front and back flanges of the sides are formed to create a vertical recessed drawer jamb; End and Partition Panels are inserted under the table's Top and heli-arc welded to the Top and Legs (welds are concealed)
Slide Mounting Panel: formed channel punched to accommodate housing slide members; heli-arc welded to End and Partition Panels' top and bottom flanges (welds are concealed)
Drawer:
Body: one-piece punched and formed creating the drawer's inner front, back, sides, and bottom with radius formed bottom bends and coved corners; front, back, and both sides' top edges are flanged out; front, back and sides are spot welded
Outer Front Panel: one piece punched with top edge formed into a channel; bottom edge and side edges are formed into channels with flanges; Outer Front Panel's top edge channel overlaps Drawer's inner front panel top edge with bottom and side flanges spot welded to the Drawer Body's bottom and sides
Pull: fastened to Drawer Front with machine screws
Slide Members, Housing/Drawer: riveted to Housing's Slide Mounting Panel and Drawer's sides |
