Construction:
Adjustable Height Over Instrument Table:
Top: one piece with retaining rail along back; front, back, and both ends are hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized top and double-thick angle frame; corners are fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish
Brace: punched and formed channel with flanges; channel is fitted with weld nuts; Brace is fastened to Top's underside and fully heli-arc welded to Top's double-thick angle frame vertical flanges; exposed welds are polished to a uniform finish
Adjustable Base:
Top's Support:
Upright: fitted with Beveled Gears and Threaded Shaft; lower end of tube's wall is punched and fitted with polyethylene Glides
Angular Brackets: top edge flanged and punched; Angular Brackets are heli-arc welded to Upright's top end; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Telescoping Base:
Upright: fitted with Retaining Nuts
Cross Members: ends are capped and fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish; Cross Members are fully heli-arc welded to Uprights creating the Telescoping Bases; welds are polished to a uniform finish. Telescoping Base is fitted with caster sockets and inserted into lower ends of Top's Support Upright
Coupling Shaft: connects the two Adjustable Bases allowing height adjustment from either end of the table. Adjustable Bases are fastened to Top with machine screws
Casters: inserted into caster sockets
