Utility Table:
Top: one piece formed and punched to accommodate Retaining Rail with back and both ends flanged down to overlap the Sides and Back; front is flanged down and formed to create a horizontal recessed drawer jamb; Top's corners are rounded and fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish
Retaining Rail: one piece, 3-sided, with formed ends
Mounting Tabs: fully heli-arc welded to the ends and along the back of the rail; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Drawer Unit:
Housing:
Back and Sides: one piece wrapper; bottom edge is hemmed; top and bottom edges are flanged in; back and sides are formed with .500" radius 90 degree bends; the front flanges of the sides are formed to create a vertical recessed drawer jamb
Spreader: formed channel; heli-arc welded to Sides' top flanges (welds are concealed)
Slide Mounting Panel: formed channel punched to accommodate housing slide members; heli-arc welded to Sides' top and bottom flanges (welds are concealed)
Drawer:
Body: one-piece punched and formed creating the drawer's inner front, back, sides, and bottom with radius formed bottom bends and coved corners; front, back, and both sides' top edges are flanged out; front, back and sides are spot welded
Outer Front Panel: one piece punched with top edge formed into a channel; bottom edge and side edges are formed into channels with flanges; Outer Front Panel's top edge channel overlaps Drawer's inner front panel top edge with bottom and side flanges spot welded to the Drawer Body's bottom and sides
Pull: fastened to Drawer Front with machine screws
Slide Members, Housing/Drawer: riveted to Housing's Slide Mounting Panel and Drawer's sides
Legs: top ends are capped; inserted into Back and Sides and fully heli-arc welded to Back and Sides' top flanges (welds are concealed)
Shelf: one piece with front, back, and both ends hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame; corners are notched to fit the Leg contour; unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame's vertical flanges are fully heli-arc welded to the Legs (welds are concealed)
General: Top is placed over Drawer Housing; Retaining Rail is fastened through Top's and Housing's back and sides with machine screws and lock nuts
Casters: stem-mounted into caster socket with caster socket inserted into bottom ends of Legs
