Wraparound Bumper: non-marring extruded vinyl

Acorn Nuts: stainless steel, type 18-8

Construction
Chassis:
Frame Members: one piece "U"-shaped; bends are mandrill-bent for wrinkle-free bends
Cross Members: ends are coped for uniform fitting joints; fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Tray Supports: fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Casters: stem-mounted into caster socket with caster socket inserted into ends of Frame Member

Base:
Frame Member: one piece formed into a ring; ends are butted and heli-arc welded (welds are concealed)
Pail/Basin Supports: four formed uprights punched and fitted with Pail/Basin Pads; punched to accommodate Casters; fully heli-arc welded to Frame Member; welds are polished to a smooth, bright polished finish
Cross Members: full-length; punched and fitted with Pail/Basin Pads; punched to accommodate Casters
Wrap around Bumper: continuous one piece; wrapped around Frame Member face and edges
Casters: threaded-stem mounted through holes in Cross Members and Pail/Basin Supports and secured with acorn nut
