Pail and Basin Supports: 11 gauge, stainless steel, type 304, #4 finish
Tray Holder:
Frame: 11 gauge, stainless steel, type 304, #4 finish
Brace: 18 gauge, 1" square tubular stainless steel, type 304, 320 grit finish
Telescoping Tube: 18 gauge, .750" dia. tubular stainless steel, bright buffed finish
Casters: 5" Poly-Loc-Poly Wheel, Expandable Stem-Mounted Swivel Casters, Copper/Nickel plated w/Grease Fittings & Seals
Construction
Chassis:
Top and Shelf: one piece with front, back, and both ends hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized top and double-thick angle frame; corners are notched to fit the leg contour; unitized top and double-thick angle frame's vertical flanges are fully heli-arc welded to the Legs (welds are concealed)
Brace: formed channel with hemmed edges; spot-welded to the Top's and Shelf's undersides
Retaining Rail: one piece; total wraparound design; fully heli-arc welded to legs; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Legs:
Collet: machined and tapped
one Leg is fitted with Collet; Collet is fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Leg; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish;
three Legs have top end capped and fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Knob: threaded into Collet
Pail and Basin Supports: one piece formed ring with brackets; fully heli-arc welded to the Legs; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Tray Holder:
Frame: one piece formed into oblong shape; ends are butted and fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish
Brace: supports the Frame from end to end; fully heli-arc welded to the Frame; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Telescoping Tube: fully heli-arc welded to Tray Holder Frame; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Casters: inserted into bottom ends of Legs |
