Construction
Container Cart:
Frame Members: one piece "U"-shaped; bends are mandrill-bent for wrinkle-free bends
Cross Members: fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Retaining Rails: formed ends with 1" radius bends; heli-arc welded to Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish

Container Supports:
Upper: butted to Retaining Rails; fully heli-arc circumference-welded; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Lower: heli-arc welded to Cross Members; ends are flame-deburred; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Casters: stem-mounted into caster socket with caster socket inserted into ends of Frame Member
